RECURITMENT PROCEDURES

We are authorized by the Government of Nepal to recruit personnel for employment on behalf of overseas employers against vacancies procured by them. We make direct contact and negotiate with overseas employers and apply to the Department of Labour for requirement permission with the following documents:

•  A copy of Power of Attorney duly authorized/ attested issued bye the foreign/overseas employer.

•  A copy of Demand Letter from the employer containing details of the vacancies including terms and conditions.

•  A copy of visa advice/NOC etc.

•  A letter from the consular in the employment country, preferable only.

•  A Promisary letter from employers in the Gulf counties with guaranty job and not to transfer the employee to other country.

Along with verified documents we submit application to the Department of Labour to grant recruitment permission.

We will identify relevant applications, co-ordinate interviews and finally select the most suitable candidates of your requirement. We also organize and co-ordinate all related activities, the advertisement, trade testing, interviews and any other assistance that you would require.

We also have the Himalayan Training Institute training of candidates in any field. It can run tailor-made training to suit our employer's specific needs. The training is always conducted by experienced and professional instructors, at no cost to employers who wish to employ personnel from our agent only. Security guard will be trained in Fire Prevention, Emergency Procedures, Customers Relation, shop Lifting, Legal Obligation etc. This institute also laise for Continental cooking and STCW training respectively before deployment in Carnival Cruising & Shipping Company, U.S.A

Selected candidates undergo medial examination in an authorized clinic directly by concerned embassy only. Only physically fit candidates would be declared suitable for foreign employment.
